Born for Performance

GUMANDE isn't a tire brand that stumbled into motorcycles. It's built for one thing: performance riding, whether that's a canyon run at sunrise, a track day, or your daily commute pushed a little harder than you probably should.

We're the North American arm of Gumande Tire, part of the Jianxin Tire Group — a manufacturer with over three decades in the rubber industry and a production footprint most riders never think about until their tire lets them down mid-corner. We think about it constantly.

  • Why We Started GUMANDE

The high-performance tire market has always had a gatekeeper problem. The compounds, the radial construction, the race-proven tread geometry that separates a good tire from a great one — that technology has historically lived behind a premium price tag.

We don't think grip should be a luxury item.

GUMANDE exists to put genuinely high-performance rubber under riders who are tired of choosing between "affordable" and "confidence-inspiring." Every tire we build has to earn its place on your bike the same way: through compound science, tread design, and carcass construction that holds up when you lean it over, not just on a spec sheet.

  • What's Actually in Our Tires

We're picky about what goes into our compounds, and we're not shy about who we source from:

    • Cabot carbon black and Arlanxeo Buna rubber compounds — the same tier of materials used by Fortune 500 tire manufacturers — for compounds that deliver real grip without sacrificing wear life.
    • Bekaert steel belting on our reinforced carcasses, for puncture resistance and load capacity that holds up under real-world abuse, not just lab conditions.
    • Radial construction on our performance and racing lines, engineered for stability at speed and precise, predictable handling when you're trail braking into a corner.
    • Nanometer-scale laser sidewall engraving — because the details matter, even the ones you only see when the bike's on the stand.
  • Track-Tested, Not Just Lab-Tested

We don't trust a tire until it's been abused on real pavement by real riders. That's why we run the G-Project — our own racing and testing program built around the GTRS series, our full-slick performance tire developed for canyon carving and amateur track days.

Every G-Project event doubles as a data run. Our team pulls tread wear data, heat cycling behavior, and grip degradation across different bikes and conditions, then feeds it straight back into product development. It's not a marketing stunt — it's how we keep our tires honest.

  • Built for How Americans Actually Ride

We know the difference between a canyon tire and a commuter tire and a track tire, because we build all three — and we're not going to sell you more tire than you need or less grip than you deserve. Our lineup spans:

High-performance street & sport-touring tires for riders who want confidence in the twisties without giving up mileage
Semi-slick and full-slick track tires for riders chasing lean angle
Adventure and dual-sport tires built to handle everything from fire roads to interstate slabs
Cruiser and touring tires for long miles and heavy loads

Every tire is TL/TT rated and spec'd clearly — no guessing games on load index or speed rating.

  • Our Commitment

Quality control isn't a checkbox for us — it's built into computerized, centralized production monitoring across our facilities. And because we ride too, we care about the footprint we leave: our low-rolling-resistance compounds cut fuel consumption and emissions, and our production sites run reusable pallet systems and dedicated water treatment to keep the process clean.

  • Welcome to GUMANDE. Ride like it's built for you — because it is.

We built GUMANDE because we believe every rider — not just the ones with a race team budget — deserves a tire that actually performs. Grip you can trust, backed by real compound science, tested where it counts: on the road and on the track.
